Highly Skilled in project and construction management, Billy brings pre-development due diligence, budget forecasting , client customer service, on-site project construction oversight and post construction project close-out experience and resources to each opportunity utilizing the latest technology and software.

professional experience includes the position of Deputy Commissioner for the City of Chicago Department of Planning and Development - Construction and Compliance, Construction Risk Manager at the National Equity Fund, Property Conditions Analyst for the Midwest Region for Verisk Analytics, Senior Project Manager for the Public Building Commission of Chicago – School Investment Program and Development and Construction for the Housing Development Corporation of Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Chicago.
